By virtue of the form you have just filled in, the data concerning you will be subject to processing, the controller of which is CESI (head office: 1 avenue du Général de Gaulle, Tour PB5, 92074 Paris La Défense Cedex).

Fields marked with an “*” are mandatory and the request associated with the form cannot be executed if they are not completed.

They will be used by the departments concerned to:

  • Either contact you again, provide you with the information requested, send you commercial communications, and in this case will be kept for 3 years after the last sending of a commercial communication.
  • Either register your application for a training course with a view to your recruitment, distribute your CV to recruiters, and will in this case be kept for 1 year from the decision of non-admission or kept in the event of an admission decision in view of your registration on the training course concerned.

The legal basis for processing is consent. The data collected may be communicated to the department concerned by your request, to the marketing and communication department, to the customer service, to the legal department and to the Personal Data Protection Officer.

Data processing is not subject to transfer outside the territory of the European Union.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, portability to request the transfer of your data when possible and to measure. These rights can be exercised at the following address: dpo@cesi.fr. Be sure to specify your surname, first name, postal address and attach proof of your identity to your request.
