A strategic partnership between CESI and IIT Sfax to enhance mobility and double degree programs

Dans cette page :

Since 2019, CESI and the International Institute of Technology (IIT) of Sfax, Tunisia, have been collaborating to promote academic mobility and strengthen international opportunities for students. Initially focused on the exchange of final year students, this partnership has progressively evolved into a double degree program. Today, IIT students have the opportunity to obtain both their original degree and the CESI engineering degree, particularly in general and computer science fields.

The double degree program enhanced through this partnership

To enhance these synergies, CESI and IIT Sfax have recently renewed their commitment by expanding the double degree program. This initiative, led by CESI’s International Development Department with the involvement of Stefan Seiler, Director of International Development, and Morgan Saveuse, Director of the Grande École Program, aims to welcome between 15 and 20 IIT students to CESI campuses each year.

This partnership is a fantastic opportunity for our students and those from IIT.

Sébastien Blondel, Director of the Grande École Program at CESI’s Rouen campus

” It allows them to access recognized training on two continents and gain a unique academic and professional experience. We are convinced that international openness is a key lever for the success of tomorrow’s engineers,” explains Sébastien Blondel, Director of the Grande École Program at CESI’s Rouen campus, who traveled to Tunisia to formalize this agreement.

CESI strengthens its international presence

Beyond the degree programs, this collaboration also facilitates access to internships and research projects in IIT’s laboratories. CESI students can thus benefit from a true international immersion, facing a variety of technological and industrial challenges. Regular academic exchanges complement this ecosystem, with the organization of conferences and joint training sessions on topics such as Industry 4.0 and immersive technologies.

This partnership reflects CESI’s commitment to strengthen its international presence by collaborating with institutions renowned for their academic excellence. It also demonstrates the school’s commitment to providing its students with a dynamic and globally oriented learning environment, enabling them to develop skills suited to the challenges of tomorrow.
