An excellence scholarship may be awarded to the best non-EU international students on the basis of their academic performance. An application for this scholarship will be examined by a national jury. The scholarship awarded may amount to a maximum of €2000.
Excellence-Major scholarships
Excellence-Major scholarships are awarded on the basis of excellence criteria to foreign high school graduates coming from the network of French high schools around the world. These scholarships are intended to encourage them to come and pursue high-level studies in France.
The allocation of this scholarship entitles the student to benefit from the status of a French government scholarship holder, which facilitates administrative procedures (visa, residence permit, etc.) and the attribution of accommodation in a university residence.
Eiffel scholarship
The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to encourage French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students in graduate programs at the master’s and doctoral levels. Only French higher education institutions may submit applications.
